How will you make a difference?

You will be responsible for creating, managing and converting all maintenance sales opportunities into new orders for the business. You will work with both existing and new customers, creating growth for the business whilst continually promoting Stormsaver as the best solution for all their water reuse maintenance needs.

You will be directly helping the company grow, aiding new business opportunities whilst keeping water conservation at your core. Your activities will uphold our reputation in the industry, pushing sustainability and ensuring that water reuse become the ‘norm’ in all new developments.

Throughout your time here you will work closely with all departments in the business, ensuring we deliver exceptional customer service to every single one of our clients. You will have the opportunity to learn from the team, improving your knowledge of the industry and our products, making you a water reuse expert in no time.

Key Responsibilities

Answer incoming calls to the sales team
Complete PQQ’s and pre-list documentation associated with your sites
Manage project from quote to order whilst providing support to clients throughout
Become an expert in your field so that you can provide advice to the end user
Ensure that all quotes are profitable, feasible and delivered to the highest quality
Provide basic trouble shooting solutions
Keep up to date with the industry, standards and legislation
Arrange and attend client meetings
Source new leads for the business
Utilising industry publications, news and social media to identify new projects and help show the necessity of water reuse to your clients.
Attend trade shows and exhibitions as required
